Instructional Techniques Training is designed for airlines, aviation operators and training organisations (Part 147).
Many people aspire to work as an Instructor. Training others is a skill, “but who Trains the Trainer?”
Individuals progressing towards, or developing their role as an Instructor face one of the most challenging and rewarding learning curves of their career. This highly practical and interactive 4 day course provides a comprehensive foundation for new Instructors or those Instructors wishing to refresh their current skills.
Our ITT course objective is ‘to enable delegates to design, train, evaluate and follow up effective training programmes’. They will also learn how to design training of any length for groups of varying sizes. We focus on delivery skills (effective body language and voice projection) and also teach classic techniques about handling difficult trainees and controlling the group. Participants will also learn how to maximise individual learning through their approach and training style and build greater confidence in their ability to interact with and motivate trainees.
During the course, Instructors will design and deliver a wide range of training presentations which will be video recorded. All Instructors have the right to receive motivational and developmental feedback. Our observation process is a means of achieving this and is hoped that these observations will be seen as a valuable personal development opportunity, helping create greater levels of reflection and performance improvement. Each Instructor will leave the course with, DVD recordings, feedback sheets and Instructional Techniques Observation Feedback Record.
All delegates receive a detailed certificate confirming attendance of this course.

MENTORING/COACHING TRAINING
